purchased a pram online to be told late the following day that they no longer had the pram that i had ordered. I was very disapointed .

I ORDERED AND PAID FOR MY ITEM AND RECEIVED A CALL NEXT DAY TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK AND WOULD POSSIBLY BE AVAILABLE IN APRIL SO MY LONG WAIT BEGINS

Hi, Susan. Thank you for taking the time to review us :) Under section 3 of our Terms and Conditions it does makes reference that we will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email and you may also receive a call or email from one of our advisors regarding stock availability if the item is not available and advise when the item will return to stock, unfortunately it does appear that this has been the case in regards to your order. Our website is one which does not show the item as being "In Stock", however it will always allow a customer to order goods on a pre-order basis. As soon as your Crib Set arrives in to store we will be in touch to advise you of this and to arrange delivery :) My sincerest apologies that the item will not be available until April time, we realise that this waiting time is completely unacceptable and all your comments have been passed on to both Management and the Manufacturer of this particular item. I have an order pending. I had a voicemail to tell me part of the order will not be available, I tried to return the call during work time over and over. I left a voice message back, which I'm still waiting to be returned. I haven't received any part of order yet or any email confirmation on what might be happening, but my monies have been taken - hope it gets sorted soon and I know what's going on!!!

I purchased a pram accessory from the pram centre website. Two days later I received a call telling me the accessory was out of stock and it would be 2-3 weeks until it arrived, apparently stock on the website doesn't correlate with stock in the warehouse! Massively frustrating as nowhere on this site did it stimulate this. Annoyingly the pram centre is the only stockist of the accessory in the end UK.

I ordered the product in grey and the item arrived in black. The only thing redeeming it from being 1 star is the service I got on your online chat to resolve the issue. The product will be collected and the new grey one delivered this week, hopefully this time it will be correct! Also, as an online shop it is remarkably difficult to understand your returns policy or find out how to return something. There should be more information on the website and some delivery documents with the delivery that make it easy if there is an issue.

Thank you for taking the time to review us :) My sincerest apologies with regards to the mix up with your order, it appears that there had been a genuine human error which unfortunately resulted in the Black Paternity satchel being shipped out instead of the Grey, I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to you. I am pleased to know that the service you received via our Online Chat resulted in this issue being resolved for you so promptly, I believe it was my colleague Melissa who you spoke with on Saturday 9th January and she had arranged that the Delivery and Collection take place for today, Wednesday 13th January. I can't comment on my order as I have not yet received it. I have paid for my order and a day or so later was told that it could take up to 2 weeks as they had no stock. Apparently they are not a stock controlled website. Had I known this I would have either ordered a different cot or left the money in my bank for an extra couple of weeks.

I ordered a bath and was told 3 working days until pram centre phoned me to say it was out of stock and wouldn't be ready till next week

The Courier Service who delivered your pram is not an employee of the Glasgow Pram Centre, however they do represent our Company with parcel shipment all over Europe. I have not recieved the goods as yet been waiting for two weeks now so i am somewhat disappointed as i wanted this cot for my first great grandchild.

The item on your website said the age was 9 months now it has been delivered the box says its 18 months!!??

Hi Karina, Thank you for taking the time to review us. The product you have received is suitable from 9 months plus. The product should only be used from the age of 9 months if your child can sit up unaided. If this is not the case then the recommended usage is from the age of 18 months. I was pleased with the communication via text fast delivery but very disappointed with the size of the bath thought they would of been more room for splashing etc plus the extention I bought so I can bathe a newborn was very dirty and I had to clean it with disinfectant

I ordered my pushchair ova a week ago and still not received my item cant get threw to customer services and the money was taken straight away and still waiting for my buggy not happy at all

I just receive the email which you tell me you will process my order as soon as possible. However, after I pay for my order from my bank account, I didn't get any confirmation email from you, and I cannnot track my delivery by the order number reference.

I sincerely apologise that you did not receive an order confirmation, they are normally system generated and sent as soon as your order is placed, however they can sometimes show up in your junk/spam inbox if your have high security on your computer. All orders can be tracked on www.interlinkexpress.co.uk by entering your postcode. Having tracked your order I can see that it has been delivered and signed for on 04/12/2015. Hi Sharon, Thank you for taking the time to review us. with regards to our stock levels and the offer to pre order. The order process is stated in our T's & C's. It states that you will always be able to order any items advertised and will be delivered within 3 working days (stock dependant) if an item is out of stock a member of staff at pram centre will contact you within those 3 working days with a pre order delivery estimate. Very happy with the service when purchasing my nursery furniture and also a few items from you online. Before leaving the shop last Thurs however, I made an enquiry about a car seat you had for sale with a missing hood, asking if a hood could be sourced for me? The sales assistant took my partners details and I was assured she would be called the following day to answer my query and therefore to allow me to go ahead with an additional purchase. Extremely disappointed and annoyed however that 3 days later I have still not received a phonecall. Poor service puts me off using the store again. I have spent over £1000 in your store in the last week and not to be given the courtesy of a phonecall to answer my query I find very disrespectful to say the least.

Products all great and as advertised. Service was extremely bad. Staff were awkward and disinterested. The girl "showing" us how to install the car seat appeared like she could not be bothered and was more interested in getting out of the rain and back to the shop than showing customers who had paid a lot of money how to safely install the product. She also did not show us how to remove the car seat from the base. They also gave us an item we had already collected the previous day (which costed over £800). When we queried this they didn't know what was happening and just removed the pram from the car and walked away - including the girl who was supposed to be showing us the car seat. Very bizarre as they all just left and returned to the shop. Not one of them said sorry, thank you or asked if there was anything else needing done. To summarise, we were left standing in the rain not really sure of how to operate the product we had just bought and after saving the company (and potentially the employees) a lot of money by being honest and returning the pram. Shocking customer service for such a reputable company.

- website not functional. search engine does not work. - enquired about an item. was told it would fit. Received it. it did not fit. - ordered another item. got wrong item delivered twice, only to be told that the correct item had a 2-3 week wait. I lost so much time doing the research on the website, and waiting for delivery men to deliver and pick up wrong items. Had to return all of my items.

If items are out of stock they shouldn't be advertised as being delivered within 3 days. I ordered off the website and paid however 2 days later I get a call saying the item is out of stock and I will not get them before 7-10 days. if this was the case it would have been nice to know at point of order and before paying for them.
