delivery time was good but box delivered in very poor condition with rocking horse damaged and rockers, fittings etc. all missing. The lady who dealt with my complaint at customer services was very pleasant and efficient and has arranged for pick up of damaged parcel today and for delivery of new horse. I imagine the damage was caused by the carriers but perhaps a sturdier box would be worth considering.

Ordered a joie steadi car seat online. Confirmation advised delivery in 4 days. Received phone call the next day advising it was out of stock and would be 2-3 weeks before it was back in stock. Not first time this has happened. Purchased car seat elsewhere!

Ordered an item on the website appearing as in stock. Called Tuesday afternoon to be told it was no longer in stock. Why couldn't I have been told this earlier as it caused issues as the item was needed for a specific reason and ordered from pram centre as in stock and delivery was to be in time.

Website states that item will be received within a few days which is what we needed. No indication on the website that this is out of stock. Received a voice message that this was out of stock and your delivery would be 7-10 days. Is this not mis advertising? Have tried to get through to speak to someone but no one ever answers your customer service line. As I'm being induced due to high blood pressure this is more hassle than what I bargained for and now likely to receive the item after baby is born which is no good as I need to get the car seat sorted before I go into labour.

Our website is unfortunately not stock controlled and therefore doesn't show when any item is out of stock. This is stated in our T's&C's and explained in more detail. The pushchair is lovely and at an amazing price also delivery was extremely quick - unfortunately there was no communication from you what so ever to even notify me of the pending delivery and your delivery driver is one of the rudest people I've had the 'pleasure' of meeting!! I for one will not be a returning customer

I sincerely apologise if you have not received confirmation of your order. upon ordering you should have received a confirmation email which is system generated. At your earliest convenience I would advise to check your junk/email inbox as sometimes company emails can be marked as this without your authorisation. with regards to the van driver I will certainly take this up with our courier service. They are not employees of Glasgow Pram Centre however do represent our company when making our deliveries and I will be sure to pass your concerns to Interlink Express. I ordered a car seat for my mums car it arrived damaged and had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement! All sorted now but a big inconvenience!

One item is still to be delivered;there was no email stating this! Also they are unsure of date it will be delivered.

I ordered a 3 piece VIB crib set to go with my VIB crib that came as a 2 peice...the drape was missing so im another 3 days waiting on that being sent out and it was advertised as white but appears as a off white grey colour...looks like it has been put threw the wash with dark clothing and is very ill fitting aswell! Crib is beautiful though.

Purchased a pram and accessories on the saturday (paypal debited immediately), received a missed phone call on monday and spent 32 minutes on hold attempting to reply. The call was answered at 17.02 and I was told the lady I needed to speak to left at 17.00! So on Tuesday she called (half an hour later than we agreed) to tell me the pram I ordered and had paid for was out of stock and "may take several weeks" to come into stock (despite it being listed as in stock online). Awaiting a refund which funnily enough hasn't been immediate. ......

I placed my order where it advises delivery within 3 working days I never received any information on when these were being delivered so called and after holding 30mins was told that when all items are in stock I would be contacted. This should be clearer before order placed

Overall experience so far poor. I ordered a car seat and isofix base. It was delivered within 2 days - excellent. But the Isofix base has a fault straight from the box. I contacted Pram Centre to ask for a replacement to be sent asap as our baby is due in a few weeks. I was told to email the spares department but given the wrong email address. I then called up again and was again given the wrong email address. I finally got the right email address from the website. This email didn't bounce back but I've not received any confirmation of receipt nor any reply in the last two days. So thumbs up for price and delivery, but extremely poor when it comes to a competent or swift returns process. Would I recommend based on the service so far? No. Still waiting to hear about collection and replacement of the faulty Isofix base...

Delivered the wrong item, have had to call customer service twice (they were great but no offered to refund my delivery charge)....still waiting for the item 2 days later!

Price was the best I could find but I had three issues. 1. I paid for my purchase with my Amex. The money was initially deducted from my Amex statement but I got an email from Pramcentre saying that payment had not gone through. It transpired that the Pramcentre have an issue with Amex payments and eventually the money was credited back to my account but this wasn't a good first impression. 2. When I tried to call Pramcentre the following day, I put through the option for Internet enquiries. I rang up twice but each time it rang through and I was eventually cut off. I emailed but no one got back to my that day. The next day I put through the option of sales and eventually after 22 minutes I got through to an operator. Up until the point of getting through though, I really thought that the Pramcentre was some Mickey Mouse venture and I had been scammed! Luckily your operator (Amy) was professional and dealt with my query. 3. Once I'd worked out I'd have to put my order through again, I made a second order. Later that day, I got a call from your warehouse that the product was not in stock and I would have to wait for two weeks. This was despite the website saying my product was in stock and that it would be delivered within 3 working days. Overall have not been happy at all...and I haven't even experienced the delivery of my item!

Bought and paid for a child silver cross pram and been trying to call since Friday to see when it would be getting delivered ... Every time you call you are kept on hold till I just hang up . No time to be wasting on the end of a phone and it's repeats your call is important to us ..

I have ordered and paid for a pushchair almost 2 weeks ago I've recieved an email to say it's not I. Stock until 2-3 weeks time , so I replied go ahead not even an email to let me know any progress or if they have ordered I am currently stuck without a pram and out of pocket to look elsewhere really really unhappy
