Prices are good, email support not so much. Very slow to respond. No tracking number provided for delivery, so good luck trying to arrange to be in to take delivery of your purchase.

I really like our mamas and papas frame that we ordered. The only thing was we ordered a grey frame but recieved a white one, we decided to keep it as it still looks lovely but shame we didn't get the one we had ordered.

I have just had a look at your order status and I can see that on the 23rd April at 2:01pm, you were advised that we have had to order in your Crib form Mamas and Papas, with delivery into our warehouse taking around 10-14 working days, given the timescale the Crib will arrive with us by the 12th May, as soon as it is here we will be in touch to arrange delivery. Great delivery, arrived day after I ordered, was expecting 3-5 days. Was disappointed in the item though, wasn't the car seat cosy toes I ordered, was a gift so didn't bother exchanging. Not a fan of the Pram Centre, was extremely disappointed with the level of service, or lack of service, when I visited the shop 2 years ago.

Hi, Craig. Thank you for taking the time to review us. My sincerest apologies that you feel we have let you down at this time. I would like to apologise that you had received a footmuff which was not the one that you had originally ordered, it looks as though this has been a "picking" error with the warehouse and the wrong footmuff had been loaded on to the van, I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to you. Please know that if you had contacted our store regarding this, we would have been more than willing to rectify this issue for you in the first instance, we would not wish our customers to keep an item which they did not order if there was a chance of arranging a swap over for the item initially wanted. In regards to the Service you experienced on the Shop Floor when you visited our store 2 years ago, I am incredibly sorry that we did not provide you with a positive customer service experience at the time, this is in no way acceptable and for this I do apologise. When a customer comes to our store, our Sales Assistants are all trained in ways in which they should know the products and be aware of the levels of Customer Service expected of them, my sincerest apologies once again that this level may not have been met on your visit to our store. Item was well priced and arrived quickly. I haven't however received the add on item I purchased, some pram clips.

When trying to contact by phone your put in a queue for 10-15 mins every time before getting cut off...They don't answer emails...had 1 nice lady that sorted the delivery out a week after order & payment...when received marks in carrycot but yet again can get no response via telephone or email

When ordering in line I want of my items to save on P&P , but it wouldn't allow me to do, which was a pain, so tried ringing several times pressed number options but never got put through to a person to c if I could 2 , so you be delivered quickly pleased with that, however box looked as though it had been open & quite battered.

It was easy to find the item I wanted on the website but no information was provided regarding delivery time. Paying via PayPal, the payment paghe told me that I would be able to review the order before it was final after pressing "continue". This was not the case. Pressing continue completed the transaction and I had purchased the item, still without knowing when it would be delivered. I received an email confirming my order but no information at all regarding delivery. Two days later I called the Pram Centre, who confirmed that the item was out for delivery but I don't know why the website or emails could not have told me this. Overall, I'm happy with the service but delivery forecast is extremely important.

Ordered a rocking horse... fantastic product and price, with delivery next day. Only down side was a part which was missing from the box - small wooden strap. I Tried on and off for literally 3 hours to get through to customer services, and was on hold in a queue each time. Proceeded to leave a voicemail message and also made contact via the "chat" option online, but didn't recieve a response from either. We ended up adding our own small strap of wood to assemble the rocking horse properly. To date, I've still not had a reply... Customer service team needs to up its game. If we weren't able to fix the problem ourselves, we'd be left with a defective, unusable product.

We were really looking forward to getting our table protector so our little one could eat without getting food everywhere. Unfortunately it doesn't stick to the table, so the table protector became a tool to swipe other mats, drinks etc onto the floor - we are really disappointed as it cost almost $40 pounds.

I found the item (uppababy g-luxe SEBBY colour) just on few websides and just this web had it in stock! So im very happy. But then i had problem with my delivery address. To figure it out (more to understand) what i did fill in wrong was very long email session and then the lady who was dealing with me could not change my delivery address (make the same as billing one) so I needed to cancel my order and to do it again. Its not big deal, but its first time when it took all day emailing to figure it out and just next day i decided to cancel and do iit again. So customer service could be more direct and more flexible.

Very quick to order but got a call a day later saying not in stock so refunded money or wait for 3 weeks for delivery. Needed it this week.

On Sunday morning I purchased a Winne the Pooh pram bag. Online there was no mention that this product was not in stock. Where as on Monday morning I received a phone call telling me that there was no bags in stock and it will be two weeks until more stock arrives. Lucky this bag is for my sister who isn't due for another three weeks however I believe that the website shold make it very clear to the customer when a product is not in stock.

Product I wanted was out of stock. It still shows that it is in stock on the website - I would suggest saying its out of stock of not available. However, I had a phone call the morning after I placed the order to say it was out of stock. I have still yet to receive confirmation regarding refund which I have requested twice.

On our website the product you purchased shows on a pre order for May. I am unsure if this was the case when you purchased and am very sorry if you have missed this in any way.
