2 days after order confirmation I had email to say item was out of stock so have to wait 2/3 weeks for new stock so not received yet

Items great when eventually arrived,2 weeks late...customer service terrible...had to make 4 calls to see what was happening,not 1 call from them...

Hi Claire, Thank you for taking the time to review our services! I sincerely apologise that you have not received confirmation of your order. Whenever an order is placed an automated email is generated to advise that your order is received. I have our IT looking into this as this seems to be a system error that your email was not generated. Our courier service delivers Monday-Friday and we aim to deliver within 3 working days, as your order was placed on Sunday 24th January your order was processed on Monday to be with you today at the latest. I believe that your order has now been delivered and signed for. Cot was delivered to wrong address as wrong number had been put on address label only knew where it was as delivery company had sent a text saying it was left at a neighbour address

Product was out of stock, but was informed by telephone and delivery was arranged very efficiently after a week or so. Good price.

Really pleased with the competitive prices - however expecting twins in three weeks and the 'three day' delivery is now going to be two to three weeks because a product is out of stock - however even now this hasn't been mentioned on the website. I still want to proceed with the order because it's a good price but I think customers should be forewarned in the website about delivery/stock delays.

Our website is one which does not show the item as being "In Stock", however it will always allow a customer to order goods on a pre-order basis, if the item is in stock the items are set to dispatch immediately with delivery taking place within 3 working days. Dissapointed my goods weren't in stock and I confirmed an alternative 2 days ago but have yet to receive confirmation of expected delivery.

Good service, however they failed to take a discontinued pram off their website. Was quick to tell me it was discontinued and offered me a similar pram.

Due to the high demand over the Christmas Period, our Winter Sale has meant that stock has been sold extremely quickly which has unfortunately meant that there had been an error on our part in not taking this item off the website before you made your order, my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused to you. Ordered pram on web site paid in full then got a phone call to say they have none it won't be in till end of January just as well baby not due till end of May would have been better if it said they were out of stock before they take the payment

Item was shown as in stock at time of order. We have been called since to notify us it will not be available for dispatch for another 2-3weeks after processing. Frustrating to be told it was the last in stock. Website should reflect actual inventory. Will review the buggy when we get it, though in trying it out it was perfect.

Although I did receive a rapid response from the company acknowledging my order I haven't heard anything since. With the bank holiday and weekend this is not unexpected. In view of this I feel it is too soon to consider a review. Thanks

Hi Ernest, thank you for taking the time to review us :) As the item was in stock when you placed your order we arranged dispatch immediately, however as the parcel left on Hogmanay it was unfortunate that the Courier Service was closed over this period, meaning that your goods were held in the appropriate depot until delivery was made with you on the 4th January at 10:54am. Thank you for your understanding with regards to the bank holiday, we aim to keep all customers informed in the first instance if what they have ordered is not in stock, this has been different with your order as the item was available and sent out immediately, had the Courier Service been open over the Holiday Period you would have received your item the next working day, Friday 1st January. The delivery of this item was incredibly quick, especially given the time of year. I cannot fault that at all! Great job! The product itself is lovely! It's quite small (our chunky 6 month old fits in 'nicely'), very soft and can't be over rocked which is reassuring! However on one of the rockers, the front dowels on one side (already in) were not flush with the pre drilled holes in the rocker. I was able to whip the dowels out as with the other ones and the screws firmly attached everything is solid and sturdy enough. Although I was able to rectify this, had I paid full price I would be pretty angry and probably returned it. It's a real shame about this flaw as apart from this, the quality seems good, it's not flimsy and it looks and feels great.

The Rocking horse was as described even though we've not tried it out yet. However, I am very disappointed with the packaging. This was supposed to be a Christmas present but when the postman came to my door my child was next to me. There was a picture of the rocking horse on the front, so, understandably, my child got very excited on seeing it. They were supposed to get excited like this on Christmas Day not three weeks early. So how can Father Christmas now deliver this on Christmas Eve?? I am very disappointed.

Unfortunately the box that you received the horse in was the same box that it is delivered to us in and the reason for the photo is so that we can make sure the correct one is dispatched as we have more than 7 different kinds of rocking animal. As we do recycle our boxes had we known that your child would be present on receipt of delivery we would have been able to repackage the horse so not to give away the surprise. I am very sorry that you feel disappointed in us and hope that this does not deter you from shopping with us in the future. Buying process was relatively simple and straight forward. A bit annoying that there's no free delivery option, and therefore the delivery charges are steep. Other companies offer a free service for bigger items. There is also no ability to track your order nor any indication of delivery date until a text is received on the day of delivery. Overall I'd say the process is good but not great, there are improvements which could be made.

Hi Gillian, Thank you for taking the time to review us. Unfortunately our website states that all delivery is free only on orders over £49.99. The fee of £5.99 on all orders under this amount and is incurred via the use of our courier service and not actually payable to Pram Centre. We aim to send all orders out within 3 working days and are usually delivered next working day. All orders placed with us can be tracked on www.interlinkexpress.co.uk by entering your post code. Although our courier does contact via text message to advise of an hourly timeslot for delivery on the day of. All advice and concerns are fully appreciated and we will make sure to take this on board as we strive to further improve our services. I received the Nicole gliding crib the next day, so can't fault the prompt delivery. However on opening the packaging I soon realised that they had sent me the wrong colour. I ordered the white crib but received the wood coloured one instead. So hopefully they will rectify this.

I ordered a car seat adapter then received an email stating "thank you for your part payment" (I paid in full) so had to call up and wait to speak to someone to sort it out and check the item.would be dispatched. Turns out it was a system error their end (annoying). Then when I checked about the item dispatch time was told it could be up to 2 weeks and was offered a refund (annoying). It would have been more helpful if they had had a warning on this item of the stock delay time and get you to call to check before paying. Not sure this is the most efficient company. Call before you order (but be prepared to wait on hold!)

I am pleased to know that my colleague has managed to rectify the issue regarding your payment, we have been dealing with PayPoint and PayPal with the hope that this issue has now been resolved and will not happen again. With regards to stock availability, in our T&C's it makes note that if an item is not available a member of our Sales Team will be in contact shortly after purchase, they will ask if you are happy to proceed or if you wish to reselect or have a full refund processed.
