Olivia Edwards was excellent. Communicating by phone text an email and always in a timely manner.
Our initial estimate for completion was end of September to mid October, however we completed on August 26th. In part due to searches returning 5 weeks ahead of estimates, in part due to me pushing for an early completion, but it wouldn’t have happened if Olivia hadn’t acted so swiftly and efficiently.
Reading some of the poor reviews on here this has absolutely not been my experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PPL.”
