“Very disappointed in the Raleigh campagnolo jersey.The zip was rubbish.It came away from bottom a few times.Was going to send it back,but got a new zip fitted from a friends mother,she said "That zip was rubbish,very cheap" such a shame as Prendas used to be a good company,Will never buy from them again”

“I have yet to receive the jersey so obviously I'm not too happy. I've sent an email asking where it is and have received no reply. However, Prendas has already charged my credit card. If I've received no communications in the next 2 days, I'll start the process to have my bank get my money back”

“I have not received The Grand Tour Socks I ordered on 11-30-2022. Status on Royal Mail on 12-1-2022 says " The sender has let us know this item will be with us soon. The sender has advised us they're preparing your item. More information will be available when we receive it. Tracking History: Thursday 01 December 2022 17:14 Sender preparing item. The delay maybe from the CWU members are taking national strike action on 14, 15, 23 and 24 December 2022. We’re sorry for the disruption this is likely to cause you. We are doing what we can to keep services running. More information here.”

“Unfortunately, first the order got "lost in the system" for over two weeks. Then when it did eventually turn up, Prendas had actually sent me a short-sleeved base layer (I'd ordered a long-sleeved one).”

“Voor klanten uit de EU is deze winkel door de Brexit veel te duur geworden. Ik moest voor twee shirts bovenop de toch al forse prijs nog € 74,11 aan importkosten betalen. De Santini shirts hebben bovendien een andere maat dan voorheen, ze zijn nu langer. Al met al veel spijt dat ik hier nog wat heb besteld.”
