“Ordered on August 10th Order ship on August 19th according to Prendas email Parcel created on August 11th according to Prendas tracking Since then nothing on Canada Post using 16 digits tracking number supplied So I will wait to receive the item before giving more comments”

“I’m sure I will enjoy my cycling caps when they arrive but as at 3/12/2023 I haven’t received them, so I’m unable to comment on the quality etc or any of the following prompts. I ordered them 20/11/2023. I will give 2 stars as I’m not actually sure how far away they are.”

“This was the first purchase I've made since the company transferred to Plymouth and although the products are still good, the postage seems particularly slow now. I needed the cap for a long ride I had planned, but it took an absolute age to turn up, whereas delivery used to be super speedy. I don't know if this due to a change of courier, but I'd hesitate to buy from Prendas again. I could understand it if it was free postage but it isn't and I had to make other arrangements which weren't ideal.”

“The items which I ordered arrived promptly only thing is the postage free, as stated on the website, to New Zealand hasn't been completed as yet. Not sure if I will order from you again.”

“Disappointing packaging, but cute design of cap and water bottle. The sizing of the cap seems on the smaller size and I doubt that one size fits all.”

“Kit looks nice but at a cost, unless you get a free returns label or are Uber confident on sizing you run the risk of expense when returning clothing that doesn’t fit.”

Hi Jonas Thanks for taking the time to review us. I've just checked the HS codes and the country of origin and they all look correct to me. So, I can't offer an explanation on why you have been charged too much by the Suisse customs authority. Regards Andy

“Build quality bud less impressive as compared to website photos, the forgotten race socks are biggest turn off as it provide no compression on feet’s. Cap quality is poorly made where color overlapped.”

Hi Russell. Sorry that your jersey didn't fit as you'd want it to. Our size guides are based on a fit preference of a close fit, I'd suggest next time you order, put your dimensions on your online order. We often catch incorrect sizing this way for people ordering online. Kind Regards Andy

“ok, items arrived as expected, some turned out to be smaller than others so the ‘one size fits all’ isn’t quite accurate. Had to throw one cap away as it simply doesn't fit and there were no ‘return’ options in the packaging”
