They're very cute, however they must have revised the styling because they're so thick you can feel a little unsteady while walking.

Love the slippers. BUT the package came in the mail smashed box ripped why when we pay shipping did they not go in a box.

I really like the look of my slippers. I’ve owned a pair before and that’s why I wanted another pair. However, the fur keeps coming off every time I put my foot into my slippers. I got mine on sale for around 35$. Still, I don’t like my shoes falling apart this fast.

Hi Misty, I'm so sorry to hear this. We've never heard of this happening with the Ali style before and I'm a little surprised considering the nature of the faux fur we use on that style. Would you be able to send us a picture of this so I can get a full solution to this for you? I have bought so many of your products. Size 8 has always been perfect. But in my sliders the size 8 were a bit small, a bit disappointed in them. Love all my other ones!!!!!

These slippers are pretty but, the quality is not there! I have a pair of the Martha in pink I love them! I wish the Anyas were made better! Disappointed! 😔 Please bring back the “Martha” style!

Not like the pink “Martha” style I have and love! A little disappointed with these, the furry fabric is Not the same at all! The opening of my left slipper must be defected you can barely see my toes!! I like the way you guys used to make these beautiful slippers, when you make changes to something that’s not broke, it doesn’t work! Very sad 😔 cause I really enjoy these slippers! I bought two pair the mink and the pink color. Don’t think I will purchase these slippers again!!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Two pairs I had to throw in the trash because the fur shed so badly. The black fur got all over my feet, and floors.

Hi Elizabeth, I'm sorry that this has been the case. If you ever have any quality issues with any products we have supplied to you, please do get in touch because we'll happily correct them. I don't suppose you still have any photographs of the problems with your slippers. It can be expected for there to be some loss of material in the initial wears because the material is freshly cut during the production process. However, if this persists, there is a problem with them and we will be able to raise this with our manufacturer. I'm very sorry we couldn't resolve this problem on this occasion but please feel free to email us for a 25% discount code as a gesture of apology for this negative experience. I purchased a pair of your enclosed toe slippers last year. I wear a 7.5. They fall off every time I wear them. But they are gorgeous!! And beautiful quality. So this year I looked at your beautiful slip ons. I ordered one size down. My granddaughters wear the same size as me so I ordered 3 BEAUTIFUL pair. As lovely as last year, but too small!!! So I’m stuck with 3 pair that don’t fit. One I wore hoping they would stretch. No luck. The slippers are beautiful but if your a size at either end beware. If these fit I would be raving about how beautiful they were. No problem with delivery.

placed the tag on the heel of the shoe and it bothers the bottom of my feet. Really poor placement. Also right after I submitted my order, I received a deluge of telemarketing calls. Won’t be ordering anything more from you

Hi Diane, I'm sorry to hear about the tag. In truth, this isn't feedback we've heard before. I have actually just started wearing some of the Afton booties over the weekend and felt the label initially but now I don't even notice this. Regarding the telemarketing calls, this isn't how we operate. We don't use telemarketing as a technique at all and we don't share your details with anyone else who may have contact you. I kindly ask you to provide us with more information on the types of calls you've received, if possible as I'd like to look into this further? Colored not what appears in the photo. Received a mauve/purple color. Would cost me $24 to return to UK. Lesson learned! So sad!

Hi there, I believe we've been in touch about this issue and I have asked you to send us a picture with the aim to rectify any colour differences. This is something we've never heard before having sold hundreds of this best selling style. We made the decision to invest in the skills of a professional photographer to shoot the product shots we have our website. We did this to ensure there was no differentiation between the product itself and the pictures we use to sell the product. We can only think this might be down to the colour collaboration of your computer screen. We’ve actually just gone to the warehouse to match a pair in person to our screen and feel happy with this. I know you feel photographing the item you've received isn't convenient for you but we'd still like to help. We've provided you with a generous discount as a gesture of goodwill. I have yet to receive my order, that was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday, November 29,2018. I did not receive it, I also have not heard anything from you, Pretty You London, nor have I heard anything from your carrier DHL. WHILE I have ordered things in the past and have never had a problem, I think it was due to you being in the USA. It is very frustrating not to have a resource to contact, or anyone follow up with me, and no information provided rather than.....How did we do as in past tense. Thus that tells me you yourselves as a company are not tracking your packages to your customers who are patronizing your company. Very disappointing.

Hi Linda, Firstly, thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave us a review. I've looked into your order and can see that we dispatched your order the same day we received it (Tuesday 27th November). Having tracked your order this morning, I can see there was a slight delay (+1 day) as your shipment was on hold, however, your order was scheduled for delivery as agreed with you on Sunday 2nd December. I can agree this is slightly outside of our guide time of 2-3 working days but believe that this service isn't completely unreasonable as delays do happen from time to time.
