“This was a present for my son, a coffee connoisseur, so a great idea. And if he was happy, then so am I. My one disappointment, the mug was black, not red as shown . I don't remember seeing any alternative colours on the website, perhaps this could be made clear to future buyers.”

“Very pleased (Ithink) with the product. Delivery was quick, a day ahead of the promise and well done. Only criticism is the rather high extra cost of post and packaging, but I expect you have to recover that . Would (perhalp;s will) certainly come back to you.”

“Item well wrapped and delivered much earlier than suggested. The only downside was the delivery driver ignored the front door for some reason and decided to throw the package onto my garden over the back gate, thankfully my partner was at home and saw him walk to the gate and went outside to retrieve it - just as well because it started raining soon after!”

“Bought a personalised pick for my special someone. I don't expect him to use it on his best guitar! lol But it's a fun keepsake :) Tbh, I looked at other sites which had similar products but Pressybox was the only one that looked hi-quality. The beautiful job on the lettering was what sold me :D”

“I was relatively pleased with my purchase it is a very nice box good and sturdy and photos easy to put in! The writing on top was very well done. The only quib was two small bits of damage on the front lip of the lid but nothing major”

“Have used them in the past on the odd occasion without issue. However the most recent time only part of the order was sent recorded and soda law the part that went missing wasnt....but i cant fault them as they responded quickly to the issue and after a few enquries on both ends the package was deemed lost in transit by royal mail and a replacement free of charge sent out recorded fast track in the post!”
