“I ordered my card Monday and today is Friday and it still hasn’t come. It says next day delivery which it was showing as dispatched the next day but still not got it”

“Was quite disappointed with my order. I ordered two games which came together; both had damaged packaging... one of them the bottom of the box was completely open and it was all torn and scuffed up. Wouldn't normally mind that much if ordering for myself but as it was a gift it looks really bad. Not sure if it was cheap quality packaging or rough handling in the delivery process, but for an extra 3.99 delivery, I expected the items to be posted and packaged with a bit more care. Probably won't use this company again as isn't worth the risk of getting damaged items when you want to give them away as a gift.”

“Bought the chilli and bubbles book of love for my wife for valentine's Day but very disappointed. Poor quality, and when I opened it to look through it I found the pages had been put in upside down and back to front!! Will probably raise a laugh but not very good TBH. Doubt I'll buy anything again.”
