“Am pleased with all items ordered and received. One delivery not left in safe place as confirmed in e-mail but thrown over rear garden fence into back garden, fortunately not damaged and it was not raining. I realise this not your problem but a carrier cutting corners.”

“I ordered and the order came really quick. I ordered 3 man mugs but unfortunately 2 were missing the spirit level, I was upset about this but spoke to Rachel on the Live Chat as she was great. Sorted it out really quickly and got to brand new ones to me in 2 days! Please give her my thanks she was fab.”

“The overall product is great and worth the money paid. However when you are buying got a present the box could be in better shape, the hoops doesn’t really fit in the box and makes the box fall apart. This is only negative comment about the item”

“The item I ordered was a gift, I had a voucher code from my network for £5 off which was awesome. It was a little frustrating that the only postage offered was 3-5 working days at £3.99 so my voucher was basically cancelled out. The product was worth it, however despite paying £3.99 it was delivered in the afternoon of the 5th working day. So slightly disappointed with the service but extremely satisfied with the product.”

“I was happy with speed of order. Unfortunately the item arrived broken. It was lights for the bath. One was fine but the weight in the other light had come lose. I never returned as it would cost when I already paid for postage for it to be delivered.”
