“The prezzybox customer journey is really slick and easy to use, it’s great you can select all different elements of your box from design to fillings. All options seem high quality which a wide variety and good filter system for who you are buying for. Would highly recommend. Only feedback point is I wish you used a different courier than Royal Mail. They are very unhelpful and restrictive on delivery.”

“Impressed with delivery time. Bought as presents, look good. Packaging wasn’t so good as box seal was early open apart from a bit of sellotape hence only 4 stars ⭐️”

“The item I purchased was brilliant and works well. It didn't quite come as advertised, which was disappointing, however as it was just for myself this didn't bother me too much - if it were a gift for someone else you'd want it to arrive as advertised! Other than that, my buying experience was pleasant. Emails were helpful and it arrived on time.”
