“I love all the gift ideas on the website whihc are both funny, creative and very useful. The only main concern i have is the company’s impact on the environment, as there was a lot of plastic materials and packaging used in delivery. But also, I am unsure of the impact of manufacture, material sourcing, transportation and factory conditions, which are huge contributors to climate change and pollution. Otherwise, i would’ve given the company 5*, as the ordering experience is enjoyable and easy!”

“The personal service was excellent. It only took a few days for the item to be personalized & posted. My only concern is whether the transfer on the glass I ordered might not stand up to much washing - time will tell.”

“Order 103974189. Goods arrived promptly and when expected. Your emails advising delivery date very helpful. Serious grumble. Although the Hermes driver delivered in time frame, we watched him arrive and leave the package by the front door in heavy rain with no attempt to ring the doorbell, of which we have two, both working and drove off. Lucky we saw him. I don’t think he was the regular Hermes driver who has been delivering here reliably for several years.”
