“My experience with prezzybox has been geat. The product was just as the company showed and i couldnt have asked for anything more. The product was also delivered 3 days earlier than it was expected which is amazing as it allowed the present to be given on time. Overall amazing experience.”

“Although it was sent promptly, I had ticked it was a gift but it wasn't wrapped and the gift card was not in there so the recipient had no idea who it was from.”

“This was my first time shopping with you. It was excellent, good communications except the first driver didn’t bother to open the porch door and left the parcel outside. The second parcel was delivered in the porch which is usually the case. I found some of your presents really very innovative. Thank you”

“I don’t understand how Brexit affects all products except for personalised ones. Just seems like you want customers in Northern Ireland to spend more money. 100% will never try order again!”
