“Happy with the items I purchased and happy with the delivery time however was very unhappy to find the box significantly bigger than the items and so packed with a form of bubble wrap.. in this day there's really no excuse for the unnecessary disposable plastic, other companies use brown paper.”

“Ordered two sets of socks, one with a coloured photo one with black and white. The black and white image didn't come out that well but the coloured one was fabulous. I'd used again but with a coloured image. It would be good if you could review the item before you place the order.”

“Gift itself was fantastic however prezzybox needs to use a different courier as My Hermes just threw the package over the garden gate, in the pouring rain and no one was in to get the package for a good 7 hours so it was completley ruined. Cardboard and water dont mix. Prezzybox did send another one if the items the next day which was fantastic service”

“I had no problems ordering my popcorn but have not tasted it as it is a present but I’m sure it will be fine. I had a problem with delivery as it arrived a couple of days late. This was probably partly due to Christmas and Hermes not being the most reliable deliverers not anything to with Prezzybox.”

“Some unusual gifts that I've not seen anywhere else, particularly for 'tweens' age group. Good service. Only gripe is the huge box that my handful of small items arrived in, which was filled with polystyrene packing, also a small, thin box of chocolates came in a really large plastic air-tube-wallet type thing. Is there really no sustainable alternative?”

“Gifts are exactly as I ordered. They are going to be excellent stocking fillers. Great quality. Will order again but the only thing that would stop me is the delivery company used, Hermes. The delivery box arrived damaged but luckily the items inside survived. There was a fragile sticker on the side but I'm not sure if they took notice.”
