“This is the second personalized glass flute i have bought from prezzybox. The glass is lovely and well made and well printed. My only negative is the first glass came in a silver box good enough to give as a gift however the second i ordered came in a large brown postal box with packing not good enough to wrap up had to purchase a suitable present box. Worth emailing first about presentation box as i did with the first purchase which came in presentable silver box.”

“Nice variety of items, and prices are good. However item did arrived slightly squished, which was disappointing as its intended as a Christmas gift. Perhaps better packaging would solve this.. I intend to order from Prezzybox in the future.”

“I had problems with a personalisation of a cup and found it easy to sort out. The problem was resolved during my interactions with customer service. The products arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy with the products, especially the personalisation cup, which was very much appreciated by the recipient.”

“I ordered 3 of these. It would have been good if there was a choice of colours as shown in the pictures on the Web site. These were for 3 sisters. Ideally each could have had their choice of colour.”

“The speed at how quickly my order was dispatched was very good however the state of one of the items left a lot to be desired. The gift's box had been squashed and was torn at the edges, I made repairs to it myself before giving the gift as there was not time to return it and get it replaced. The gifts themselves were as described.”
