“I ordered a few items from Prezzybox, I was happy with all but one. I ordered a 'crazy lady cat mug' and the quality of the item is very poor, don't have time to send it back so will have todo.”

“Ordered a personalised mixing bowl for my baking mad friends 50th birthday.It was lovely.But a postage delay meant it didn't not arrive until the morning of her birthday, so wasn't too happy about that.”

“Item was exactly as described and engraving was perfect. Came in good time. However it looked a bit cheaper than the pictures and there was sawdust and marks from where it was made so I had to clean it before giving it as a present. It would of been nicer if it arrived in a nicer box aswell though. Even though it was wrapped well in bubble wrap the box itself had dents and marks on it and random sellotape over the box which left horrible marks.”
