“Delivery was fast and excellent BUT... I wished to give the voucher as a present. There was no indication, that I could see, to say if the vouchers were transferrable i.e. could be used by anyone (I still don't know - there is no indication on the voucher). There was no facility I could see to get the voucher sent directly to the gift recipient. Other similar websites had the same problem. Why, oh why, can't you make these important things PLAINLY clear?”

“All good/better than good. Ordered by me in France online, UK card, and delivered by Hermes to sibling in UK, in three days, with no drama. The informative update system is a little clunky where purchaser and recipient are different people at different addresses. IE delivery messages to me in France weren't going to be as useful as to my sibling recipient. However, a Chat message to sibling with the Hermes link kept them appraised of delivery date.”
