“Sorry for the score but very disappointed that the product I ordered was cancelled and refunded as you do not ship to Northern Ireland.. However if I ordered personalised items you would... very strange”

“I’m so happy with my order, I got it for my partners birthday and he loves it. There was a issue with delivery but prezzybox solved the issue straight away for me and sent me a new one so quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the service. It arrived just in time for his birthday!”

“The books I ordered were great, but I paid for Express Delivery to get them before a wedding and they took three days to arrive, which was frustrating because I now have to send them on afterwards.”
