“My purchase was a pizza kit for my sons birthday. Website very user friendly (even for a silver surfer!) I did have to contact Customer Service to request a gift message card which, for a company specialising in gifts, was not available when ordering (small criticism) This was immediately rectified and I emailed my message and was told it would go into order. Also another small criticism...the delivery date stated the date of my sons birthday which was perfect, but in the event it arrived 3 days early! Not ideal but at least there was someone at home to take it in which may have been a problem if a pizza kit with perishable food had been left on the doorstep. All in all very very happy with website, customer service and value for money and my son was delighted with his extra birthday treat. Thank you.”

“My friend was very happy with her Recipe book. Customer support were very helpful when I realised that I had not added the correct delivery address. I sent an email and they responded early the next day, and it arrived at my friend's house not mine. Thank you Prezzybox.com”
