“Provided with a delivery date between Tuesday and Thursday this week, having ordered the previous Friday for a birthday tomorrow to discover that the parcel was only handed to the delivery company on the Thursday 6 days after ordered. Very disappointed that my partner will not be getting his present when you wakes up tomorrow. Guess I need to find something else!!”

“presentation was very nicely packaged and item came intact. Paying was made very easy and understandable and the item arrived quickly. I love the quality of the item as well. Only pointer is that the box gave a clue as to what was inside (a present) as “prezzybox” was written on the side and it was a surprise gift for my mums birthday. But otherwise amazing product that was loved !!”

“I ordered a plant and Prosecco popcorn as a surprise for my Mum for her clear-versary The process was easy from start to finish and the selection of gifts is amazing for all occasions. Only disappointing thing from this is all though I placed the order on Saturday I was hoping the delivery service used (Hermes) would have delivered the item by Wednesday or one the day. Slight let down but didn’t ruin the celebrations.”

“Order was easy to place. Given delivery date. Order arrived correctly on the given date. Gift was received with much joy (A personalised Candle for a 40th Wedding Anniversary. Well packaged. A tracking programme was not included on order.....which could give customers peace of mind!”
