“Ordered a Gin glass. Arrived smashed. Contacted prezzybox straight away and sent photos of damaged parcel and broken glass. I got confirmation they would respond within 48 hours.4 days later and I am still waiting.”

“Thank you, Prezzybox. I was able to order my daughter a gift and send it to her in London, whilst I am in California. It arrived on time. Not all UK websites are friendly towards international orders. I really appreciate your flexibility and also accepting payment through Paypal, who did all the conversions for me.”

“i have been using Prezzybox since 2012 when i got my first part time job and i think it was an amazing find as the products are always unique and different not found on other websites and i just like the way the product searching works. it is an easy website and very good for money. i have always used it for Christmas presents and the odd occasional birthday. i would definitely recommend Prezzybox to family and friends and am very pleased that they are now well known and wide spread.”
