“My husband and I were given two £20.00 vouchers (one each) by our employer. The first was accepted and set against an item including the delivery charge - so I received the item without paying anything. The second voucher would not work, they replaced it with a voucher for £15.00 and told me this time I would need to pay the carriage myself! So NO my experience did not go well - and unless rectified I shall report it to my employer, who is a large company!”
