“I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this website if you're planning to order a last minute gift. I paid for Next Day Delivery and it was shown on website that's gonna be delivered on the date that I wanted. 3 days later the parcel is still stuck somewhere and of course the gift didn't make it in time. Customer service isn't much help either, telling me to wait until end of the week and then contact them again. If you cannot provide some services then don't offer them! Will definitely not reorder from here again.”
