“Very good site and service - however, in my order I ordered two items. Both of them arrived wrong initially... - Ordered "H" initial - received "N" - however, they quickly resolved and sent "H" - Ordered "Pink" - received "Blue" - not ideal for a Pink mad niece. I think the ordering and customer service departments, need better communication with order fulfilment :-)”

“Placed an order with your site last year which was delivered, my wife was delighted with the gift. So placed an order again this year for the same item only to be notified that that due to Brexit non personalised items cannot be sent to Northern Ireland. Absolutely disgusted!!!! Hate to tell you folks Northern Ireland IS PART OF THE UK!!! Thank goodness I was able to order a similar gift from another company who do supply all of the UK including Northern Ireland. I won't be ordering from your site again”
