“The item is OK but the delivery by Hermes was, as always by this absolutely useless company, to the wrong place. Our last SEVEN deliveries by them have ALL gone to the wrong place. Yours was left on top of a dustbin, their idea of a secure, safe place!!!!! If it had been earlier in the week and neighbours hadn't taken it in it would be a soggy mess by now.”

“I think you have been ok but I ordered with you on Tuesday 7th dec apparently you have dispatched my order to hermes but they keep saying they have not received it and you can't speak to anyone and I needed my order for the 10th dec it's just crazy”
