The first delivery never actually arrived at my house. Preizie box then resent the items quickly. Which i was told if i wasnt in then i could collect the items from a local collection point. However the second delivery arrived at my house when i wasnt there and was left to one side of my front door, tucked in a bush, which the bush was wet. So by the time i arrived home from work, the box and its contents were wet. Not too impressed.

Only just discovered that a gift I sent directly to a friend for her 60th birthday last week arrived in broken pieces (it was a china bird feeder teapot). I have heard nothing from the company whatsoever. Disappointment all round. ??

The crests were different sizes so paired them up into matching pairs. The two larger images look much better then the smaller two. Not all the images are centered.

3 separate deliveries, 1 arrived within timeframe two others are still missing and now my work is closed so they are not going to be here for Christmas. 2 less presents for the wife.... They were the ones from the kids to her too... No impressed at all.

"In Stock, Ships in 24 hours" items were still "waiting to be shipped" 56 hours later. I called to find out why and was basically told "it won't be shipping today, maybe tomorrow but we can't promise". I said cancel it. Was told it had been. Next morning I get an email saying it had been dispatched. Then I get another asking me to refuse it, so I do. Now 6 days later I have had no contact, no refund and I definitely won't be wasting my time with you again.

Item received late causing excessive extra costs. Customer service response is by email only and no phone available. Response in 24 hours is too long. Refund of extra postage cost still not received.

Paid extra to get next day delivery, a week and a day later and it still hasn't arrived, terrible service

Delivery was fine but i had a hard time using the site. It wasnt letting me adjust the image or the writing size (samsung galaxy s7) so it is a lot smaller then i would have wanted. The cup itselfs leaks and is the same quality as something you can pick up in any poundland - would not say worth the almost £30 i spent at all!!! Its just sat in a cupboard but its not functional.

My personalization of Christmas gifts was misprinted and couldn't be rectified in time for Christmas. I was offered a voucher as an apology but to be honest it wasn't much of a help because I am left looking for something to buy that I don't really need and paying postage for that unneeded item too.

I ordered a few items and paid for them, after a few minutes I realised I had left something out I had wanted to order. I immediately sent an email asking if I could have this item added so as not to have to pay again for P&P. I got a reply 2 days later saying it was too late as my order could not be changed.

The items were poorly packed resulting in damage to the boxes containing the products.

I ordered 2 items, the first one arrived damaged as the packaging wasn't sufficient for it and I'm still waiting for the second after numerous email conversations. The general reply is "it's from a supplier so we have to ask them" I feel this is a poor reply as I ordered and paid through prezzybox and don't care.

Actual item is a lot more flimsy than looks in picture, writing is smudged and took 10 days to arrive

The dispatching from the warehouse took too long. I understand that it's around Christmas. But I ordered very over a week ago and I still haven't received everything. My last item has been shipped on the last estimated date. The worst thing is that this is a present for my mum who it is both the birthday and Christmas. I fly home to Ireland today and I wanted it before I fly home
