I liked the range of presents and the item I bought was good. I used prezzybox specifically because the delivery date offered was in time for my work secret santa. The item was not delivered on time, there was no explanation as to why it was late and I received no reply to the email I sent to customer services. It was only when I tweeted about the late delivery that this prompted a response. Even then the explanation offered was late delivery due to busy Christmas period - this should have been mentioned somewhere on the website that you were unable to commit to the given delivery dates . I felt that expectations were not properly managed. I am happy to have received a refund on the delivery charge. However I feel that this should have been offered as a courtesy rather than me having to ask for it.

All good but the delivery. Not only was it 1 day late it wasn't left at my house. I had to go to the mail office to sign for it 2 days after delivery so it was 3 days late in the end.

I ordered and I paid for next day delivery before 1pm at 9:30am but the items turned up two days later. I emailed customer services about refunding me for the delivery cost's but have not had a response.

One of my gifts was very nice but the others were awful. The swimbags had their personalised labels ironed on and were peeling by the time they got here and I had to ask for a refund.

I bought the gift as a secret Santa present with the deadline being the Thursday after i ordered it. Now, I admit it was bad planning on my behalf but when I saw that the parcel would be dispatched within 24 hours and the latest delivery date was Thursday i thought it would arrive in time so i bought it. However, it took at least 36 hours to dispatch and that made it late for the secret Santa which wasn't ideal. If it was going to be a longer dispatch time than advertised then i wouldn't have bought it from you and i wouldn't have a problem but the fact it took 1.5 times longer than expected wasn't on.

The batteries in one of the products I ordered had leaked everywhere all over the packaging and inside the product itself.

I can't fault the quick dispatch, delivery or packaging, that was excellent!, unfortunately the funny cat book that i ordered and received was having to be returned as the recipients cat got killed the day after the book arrived. i looked at the procedure for returning goods and it was such long winded i decided to not bother , it was only £10 so did'nt put me on the breadline. i think the return procedure could be made a bit easier for genuine customers,

i ordered a glass for sons 18th birthday , was very disappointed with it , the quality was just poor... a glass with a bit writing on , no colour or anything, a very expensive glass, i have kept it as really wanted this item for him , if it was a lot cheaper would have been ok i guess!

I ordered 2 of one item. When it arrived there was only 1 despite the dispatch note saying 2. Girl who dealt with in the phone was nice enough. But it did feel like she was doubting what I was saying

This is the first time that I have used this company and probably the last, their communication on the order is very weak and, when the order gets to dispatch stage (despite being provided with a "Track Your Order" function) you can't and simply receive a message stating "Tracking is Unavailable on these products" All rather pointless hence my rating being only 2 out of 5.
