“I didn't have any issues online, the site was easy enough. I did message and got no reply. The gift arrived in the time stated but since it wasn't coming to me I can't say anything about appearance. Overall this service was good because it saved my struggle to find a good gift for my Mother as I was running late.”

“I was very pleased with the tea cup and saucer. Just as advertised. Only downside, I did think it would come in a presentation box. I was not impressed receiving it in just bubble wrap!”

“My granddaughter was thrilled, eventually, with her fun unicorn bag and I, myself was very impressed with the quality and finish. But I was terribly, terribly disappointed that it took one week exactly for delivery -- it arrived finally this past Monday. I ordered the previous Monday afternoon and subsequently phoned to explain that I really wished to pay for express or next day delivery, because it didn't show when I paid by PayPal. Your email indicates that the bag was dispatched on Tuesdaybat 7.05 pm. Sadly there was no fun item at the party on Saturday.”
