“The spider catcher which I bought I only used once and it was effective. But the main spider I need to catch is about 12 centimeters has disappeared for now (some can live for many years).”

“Ordered a personalised mug and book for father's day which arrived within a few days. The quality of the book was really good unfortunately there was a chip in the mug but I emailed them and they got back to me very quickly and were extremely helpful and excellent customer service, I'm still waiting for my replacement but I understand they must have other orders to fulfil. thank you I would definitely recommend”

“The cocktail glass came quickly and looked really good. Unfortunately the box it came in was badly damaged, and so was the silver gift box. I cannot use this to give as a present so will have to buy another gift box for the item.”

“I ordered the personalised tile frame, it arrived well before the estimated time which was good as it was a gift to be sent abroad. I loved the clarity, only thing was the colour of the tiles were quite dark than the ones shown in the picture. But it was okay.”

“Was delivered really quickly, and came the day before it was due, which was good! Packaging was lovely and neat, was nicely presented. Cookie looked exactly as i wanted it and very very tasty!!! Thought it might have been a bit bigger but oh well. Very happy with it! :)”
