“Delivery took a little longer than stated, but arrived in time. If I could make a suggestion it would be using a box more appropriate to the size of the contents for delivery. I found the delivery box to be far to big.”

“Just like it said, it arrived right before Christmas, like I'd wanted. I bought a pillow (with speaker inside), which would be too big to wrap in decorated paper, however the pillow came with a plastic cover that I saw was good enough to give as it. All in all, the product worked well, it came at a right deadline, and I'm happy with the condition of it”

“Parcel didn't turn up next day as expected. Called the helpdesk - the lady was amazing and called me back explaining it had not yet reached the courier. She also explained it was unlikely to arrive next day and to call back for a refund If it didn't turn up. Next day it arrived, so no need to call back. Great, friendly service, only downside is I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it next day!”

“Rating is more of a 4.5 but there is no option for this. So glad I discovered this site it has a great variety of gifts. Made Christmas shopping really easy and tbh I made a shopping list for may lf for after Christmas. Occasionally you can find the items cheaper elsewhere but the difference is negligible especially given the ease of ordering on this site and the fact the items are all in one place/not out of stock like on some other sites. I ordered two Christmas presents from this site (a cushion and a mug). Quality was as good as in the photos.”

“Although I paid for next day delivery it ended up taking 5 days but I was refunded the cost straight away I couldn't fault the correspondence very helpful staff & quick to rectify the problem. Great product packed well would definitely order with prezzybox again...”
