“The site is easy to navigate, ordering simple and they have some really unusual gifts. I bought a personalised gift for a friend’s birthday which is very different and I’m sure she’ll treasure. A fantastic experience made simple. Would definitely recommend.”

“I accidentally ordered an item and I realised as soon as the order had been placed but it was a Sunday. I sent an email & was contacted first thing on Monday asking which item I didn’t want and as soon as I replied the credit was sent to me. Great customer service”

“Saw the perfect gift for my brother who is a soon to be dad. Ordered wanting Saturday delivery but missed the time deadline. Contacted them to see if they could help and they came back to say they would do their best to get it to me as soon as possible.”

“I was a little disappointed to be honest. I mistakenly ordered an ABERDEEN review book instead of an ARSENAL book. I made the order at 11.45pm and realised just after 7am the next day. I was told that my order couldn't be changed because work had already been started on it. I was told that I could have the ARSENAL book at cost price, which I paid for with some extra add-ons. I was expecting to receive both books but I've only received the one book, having paid for two. I'm happy that the work was turned around in good time - much quicker than the time I was told. The quality isn't bad - I hope the recipient enjoys it.”
