“I was a little disappointed to be honest. I mistakenly ordered an ABERDEEN review book instead of an ARSENAL book. I made the order at 11.45pm and realised just after 7am the next day. I was told that my order couldn't be changed because work had already been started on it. I was told that I could have the ARSENAL book at cost price, which I paid for with some extra add-ons. I was expecting to receive both books but I've only received the one book, having paid for two. I'm happy that the work was turned around in good time - much quicker than the time I was told. The quality isn't bad - I hope the recipient enjoys it.”

“Really quick delivery, well packaged and items look great! I bought the flamingo socks for me and they are fab - really comfy and bright and cheery design which is just what is needed in this interminable winter! Beth bombs and make up remover cloth look great but are gifts so I can’t comment properly”

“The pricing was reasonable, the Prezzybox website was easy to use, the product came well wrapped and unbroken (it was a novelty mug) and it arrived within two days of placing the order. Can’t really ask for much more than that.”
