“Very pretty items, and they have arrived on time,however I ordered fri nite and paid for express delivery (as regular delivery stated 1/2 working days) it seams paying the extra was pointless as they’ve arrived on the 2nd working day(disregarding sat) slightly dissatisfied with that arrangement! However products have arrived and are lovely.”

“Straight forward website, no problems, good service and fast delivery, no complaints there. I did think overall the products were expensive which put me off buying more, if items had been a bit cheaper I would of rated prezzybox excellent.”

“Loads of choice which is good but the downside was lots of scrolling to see things I might be interested in. One of those things where you don't know what you are looking for until you see it. Anyway, what I ordered was delivered promtly and is what I expected.”

“Good choice of presents, some of the personalised gifts were a bit limited, and had an issue with payment first attempt. But once it all went through was happy with service. Looking forward to my Nan receiving her present hopefully soon! x”
