“I ordered a chocolate cake, consisting of lots of different types of chocolates on a cake shaped base, with my partner's name and a message iced on-it looked fabulous, wrapped in cellophane and well packaged; quite fragile but it arrived in one piece safely, via a charmingly friendly courier-also bang on time, which was appreciated. There had been an issue with a money off voucher which hadn't worked for me, but this was cleared up and rectified via a couple of emails, I was very impressed with the speed of resolving the problem for me, and I ended up saving more money than originally hoped for. '”

“I ordered my item 8 days’ before my daughter in law’s birthday, the birthday has come and gone and I still haven’t received any notification of despatch of delivery. Not impressed, please factor this delay into your order.”
