“The item was for a secret Santa, not been opened yet but everyone else who seen them described them as “ soooo cute “. Ordered on a Thursday and delivered on the Sunday. Great service.”

“Prezzy box is a great site with a great service, just a shame that you use Hermes as a delivery company as they give a terrible service, rude and very unprofessional, this alone would put me off using prezzybox”

“Purchase was quick and easy, however ordered on the 7th, estimated delivery claimed the 8th... It's now the 12th and I've not heard or recieved anything.”
