“Prezzy box is a great site with a great service, just a shame that you use Hermes as a delivery company as they give a terrible service, rude and very unprofessional, this alone would put me off using prezzybox”

“Purchase was quick and easy, however ordered on the 7th, estimated delivery claimed the 8th... It's now the 12th and I've not heard or recieved anything.”

“I've never used prezzybox before and I came across it after searching unusual gifts. The one night glamping experience was ideal for my son and partner. You responded immediately to my emailed question and I received the voucher that very afternoon. Very pleased with your efficient and friendly service. Will definitely use again.”
