“Easy to navigate website. When placing my order I stupidly clicked the wrong box and ordered the wrong item. I rang the contact number immediately and my order was amended straight away, with a follow up email to confirm. Great efficient service.”

“Charged twice for the same order, have emailed to discuss and ask for a refund on one of the charges as its onky right but no I e has bothered to acknowledge it! No reply at all. Really bad service.”
