“It arrived promptly and very well wrapped. It looks as it does in the pictures, however it looks smaller than i imagined. I dont know what i expected exactly, but im sure the recipiant will be appreciative. I may have missed them, but could you put approximate sizes on the website?”

“Brilliant service, really easy to order through and delivery from the supplier was really fast despite the items I ordered being personalised. The only thing that would improve my experience would be to have the option to click 'Order item again' on your recent orders and have the option to re-enter the personalisation options and delivery address, rather than having to search the item and redo the order from scratch. I often place orders for the same item to be sent to a few places so this would make it a little easier and quicker.”

“I did a blunder with delivery address which they sorted very nicely and sent me an email once it was done! However the message that I had included with the gift was never delivered and the recipient texted me confused asking what is it for! Kind of killed the mood by receiving the gift with no message or caption whatsoever.”
