“We made a very large order for some work Christmas gifts. Two boxes arrived,but unfortunatly three of the gifts were broken. I called the customer service team, and the guy I spoke to was very helpful and confirmed that they would send out three more to replace the broken ones. Fingers crossed these ones will arrive in one piece!”

“Items arrived promptly but two damaged albeit delivery box intact. Emailed and had a response to say items will be replaced. On the strength of that I placed a further order which again arrived promptly and intact. Not got replacements back yet though.”

“It was a unique present and made more personal by the engraving. This is not very clear and would need to be picked up to read the inscription But overall I loved it. I hope he does too. I will let you know.”
