“Delivery came in time. Exactly what I wanted. Great gifts. Only reason I gave it 4/5 because one item the box was slightly damaged on the edge.”

“Customer service adviser was very polite, showed interest and solved my issue immediately without no fuss. Item was packet really nicelly and it's " what says on the tine" . Don't give it a 5 because Hermes was primerelly the company chosen to do the delivery and they are the worst in the market as far I'm consern. Soon I realise what was going on contacted Prezzybox and they rearranged delivery with Parce Force And item was deliverd to me with no Problems”

“So many beautiful things and really good prices. The two standard things I brought arrived quickly but the personalised gifts were supposed to be here between 2nd and 6th and weren't send out till I chased them up on 7th and received them on 9th. The presents are great though and I love them”

“Brilliant, quick delivery. Only problem was that rolling pin came out of packaging at depo and postman came with an empty tube but was able to retrieve item. I would recommend better packaging.”
