“The order arrived safely, but very battered, in two boxes that were incompatible, taped together with 'Prezzy Box' sticky tape. The delivery was two days late, by the original estimate and was dumped on the doorstep before the delivery person drove off, no chance of checking it. One of the items, the spider catcher, was not in a dedicated box, which does not make it a good gift. However the items were as described, hopefully they will all be intact after they are given.”

“Amazing delivery service - it came earlier than expected (i was on holiday at the time but luckily i got it sent to work). I got the hat as a secret santa so i havent tested it myself but it looks as it does online so hopefully will do what it says! Good price and was less than my secret sanata budget so all good there!! Only bad thing is it came in a big box compared to the product so just not as environmentally friendly as it could be.”
