“I ordered pressies, as usual too late for the big day, however despite warnings of 3 to 5 working days stated the items arrived much quicker. I was a little disappointed with the personalised leather bracelet I received. It looked much more substantial on the website and was very much like the leather bracelets available for £2-£3. This cost £16.95 because it had a little metal disc engraved with the name so I felt this represented poor value for money with the huge margin added on.”

“My order was dispatched and 8 days later I still hadn't received it. I could not track it via the link. I contacted Prezzybox and with their quick reply to my request my parcle was sitting in the local post office and I managed to retrieve it. Thanks to Prezzybox for the swift reply.”
