“I ordered this customised teapot for my mum's birthday later in May because she always loves her tea! She was asking for a teapot for one, so I found this cute teapot! I ordered it a few weeks for her birthday expecting it to take 2 weeks at least. But it was sent with brilliant customisation in just under a week. Brilliant product and service!”

“The flamingo mug I ordered arrived in bits despite all f the protective packing, which was very disappointing - however all it took was a brief email with a photo attached and I had a confirmation email back within 2 hours to let me know a replacement had been despatched. Replacement flamingo mug arrived just 2 days later, very pleased :)”
