“Lovely, great quality gifts! I had an issue with one of the products and prezzybox were prompt with their response when I emailed them and very apologetic. I was sent a replacement the next day free of charge. Great service, thank you!”

“lovely machine , just need to practice a bit more to get it right! coke worked perfectly but when i used a slush syrup (3 500ml bottles) it did not turn into slush. so i will try adding water to the syrup to see if that works”

“Bought a personalised comic book style cusion which was exceptional! Also bought a personalised teddy bear....wonky legs which was a shame, although my mum thinks he's charming! Personalised message on the teddy's jumper was perfect though. Prompt delivery....although it was just left on my doorstep, rather than with a neighbour, but was fairly well concelled by my car which was in front of the door. My doorbell wasn't working, I have since learnt. Lucky we live in a safeish area. Overally, really, really happy with everything and would 100% order again.”

“Sent a balloon flower bouquet to my friend, she thought I was wonderful! Some thing a bit different and really fun. My only slight disappointment was not getting a dispatch notification so I didn't know if it was on it's way to her.”

“The ordering of my item was very easy and the delivery very quick, the only thing was that the item I purchased was a cushion, it looked like a normal size one in the picture but even though its beautiful its tiny. I'd recommend perhaps when purchasing check the dimensions or perhaps in the description it should be made clear its not a normal size cushion xx”
