“I was really disappointed that the inks I got didn’t work in my printer. When I was ordering I was asked to put in the make and model of my printer and suggestions for cartridges came up. However when I received them and they didn’t work I’ve searched again and you don’t actually stock them. Why didn’t the website say that in the first place so I didn’t spend £18 unnecessarily?”

“Very dissatisfied with Printer Ink Direct. I ordered 2 packs of ink and only received 1 pack. Also, they sent the wrong cartridges, and they would not fit my printer. I emailed them to report this. and had no response whatsoever. I emailed a second time, but still no response. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole in the future. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, and they were brilliant. I raised a complaint with them and had an instant refund. Thank you, PayPal.”
