“Unfortunately have to provide a poor review as my overall experiene ended up being poor. Ordering was fine, delivery was quick but one of the toners wasn't working, Magenta said it still needed replacing despite being brand new. Tried contacting Printer Ink Direct by email three times and by online chat 3 times but never received a response. No phone number seemed available so i was stuck unable to print which was pretty frustrating.”

“As my order was placed on 3rd Feb and not recived nearly 3 weeks later, I put a review of Trust Pilot and I have emailed and chat lined at least 3 to 4 times to Printer Ink Direct with no response. They do not supply a telephone number. Eventually I contacted my credit card company who agreed that under the circumstances they would run a check to reclaim my payment which had been taken immediately after I ordered. I added this information to my Trust Pilot review. I should have checked for scams at the start but when I did, I could see from the amount of very poor reviews that you should not use this company. Strangely, a few days after my credit company started to check them out, my ink cartridge arrived. Obviously, as it was urgent when I first ordered it on 3rd Feb, I had by this time ordered from a different company and had received the cartridge within 2 days. If I could be bothered, I would ask for a refund and send the item back at their expense but it has been such a lot a trouble already I can't be bothered. It proves they do not look at any emails or chat line messages from customers as I specifically emailed them not to send this item as I had, had to buy another but it was still sent. DON'T USE THEM THEY ALMOST APPEAR NOT TO EXIST.”

“Ordered ink, delivery says 1 -3 days (not guaranteed) took 9 days, enquired about delays via email no reply. Had to buy local at cannon prices. The "not guaranteed " should have rung alarm bells, never mind you live and learn.”
