“At first I ordered some incompatible cartridges which obviously didn't work whereupon you guys kindly sent me some replacements which were guaranteed to work but didn't and when I sent you messages stating this with pictures, I heard nothing back - I'd like a refund now as I've had to go elsewhere to get some that worked......there....that's my honest review”

“I have sent you three emails to say that the ink cartridges for my Epsom XP-322 printer are not the right ones. The black cartridge is too big so doesn't fit and the coloured ones are incompatible so my printer won't accept them. I have asked your company how I can return them to you but up to now have received no reply and then you have gone and asked me to give you a review... Priceless!!!”
