“I placed an order for ink cartridges, they sent me the wrong ones. I now can't use my printer for business use as no one seems to want to answer any emails or live chat. They are quick to take an order and money and they fulfilled quickly, but not in rectifying their mistakes. Wouldn't use them again after very poor service received.”

“I received this in good time, but once I put them in the printer, I had issues with the black ink. The other colour was a little dull, but the black was awful. I would not recommend it, really.”

“As usual PID delivered a quality set of ink cartridges quickly and at a really good price. I always get my ink from them and would never bother with original cartridges.”

“Great on price and fast delivery. So far the non-manufacturer HP laser toner cartridges seem to be working perfectly and working as well as original HP cartridges. Would definitely use Printerinkdirect again.”

“Inks arrived and are excellent BUT I emailed twice and joined the chat line having no reply. There was no communication whatsoever! I was given a timeline of 2-5 days for delivery and it was three weeks before they arrived. Disappointed I had no communication.”
