“NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, YOU CAN NOT GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM EITHER! THE INKS I HAVE PURCHASED DO NOT WORK ON MY PRINTER, DESPITE THEM BEING "100% COMPATIBLE" AS PER THEIR WEBSITE. I HAVE TRIED EMAILING, CALLING THEIR VIRTUAL OFFICE AND NOTHING! COMPLETE WASTE OF £169! I WISHED I HAD READ REVIEWS FROM OTHER PEOPLE... AVOID AVOID AVOID!!”

“The cartridges are cheap, and I suppose some of them are ok, but it seems to be 50/50 chance. My colour cartridge was fine, but my black one was terrible, it was printing extremely patchy, you couldnt read a page consistently. I contacted Printer Ink Direct twice, and noone ever got back to me. It seems that customer service doesnt exist. Unfortunately I wont be buying from them again. Shame.”

“I placed an order for ink cartridges, they sent me the wrong ones. I now can't use my printer for business use as no one seems to want to answer any emails or live chat. They are quick to take an order and money and they fulfilled quickly, but not in rectifying their mistakes. Wouldn't use them again after very poor service received.”
