“Placed order for ink accepting the 1 - 3 days delivery time, 3 weeks later and I requested my money be refunded due to not having received and only after this did my order arrive. Service is appalling, I can go with a couple of days late but not that long! I will not be using Printer Ink Direct again.”

“No way to get in touch with anyone at this company and received the product two months after ordering, which by this time I had ordered from another vendor. I would never recommend ordering from them. They are cheaper for a reason.”

“The ink cartridge arrived nearly 6 weeks after the order was placed. They didn't respond to emails or contact forms. Cancelled the order and went through PayPal for a refund. Ordered from a different supplier and it was delivered in 2 days. Then guess what? It turns up! Paypal cancelled my refund. I'm not even going to try and contact them to return it. Complete waste of my time and effort.”
